Sad goose?

My China about a week ago was sitting for about 2weeks two days ago I went out the the nest was messed up eggs every where now she is just dragging around no energy is eating but not hanging with the rest of the group like she normally would can any body help

My China about a week ago was sitting for about 2weeks two days ago I went out the the nest was messed up eggs every where now she is just dragging around no energy is eating but not hanging with the rest of the group like she normally would can any body help

Sounds like a predator must have gotten to the nest do you think she is injured? maybe you should give her a through check up to make sure. Best to let them brood in the safety of a secure house or barn than out where predators can get to them or the eggs. She maybe depressed, when my goose lost her only gosling during hatch it took her about 2 weeks to get over it, first she had to get over being broody then the loss of her baby which she heard peeping because I did.
Make sure she is eating and drinking maybe add some good poultry vitamins to her water they all can have it. Then all you can do is wait it out and hopefully she'll come around, but I would dif check her over for injuries. Were the eggs cracked open like something ate them? Non were salvageable?
