I am hoping the other one hatches. It is frustrating makes me want to give up. I have a broody duck but she will only sit on nest for 2 weeks then she gets bored and forgets about them, otherwise I would have her do all the work.Little one sure wasn’t ready to hatch yet. Hopefully the next on will.
I have a hydrometer inside the incubator and that is what i look at.I would make sure that your incubator stays at 99.5... do you have another thermometer inside the incubator to make sure that your temperature on your incubator is actually correct? You could actually put two thermometers inside of the incubator just to make sure that you're getting a correct reading. The humidity seems fine if that is correct, again do you have something that can read the humidity besides your incubator reading?
I have heard of numerous people relying on the incubators readings itself and usually their hatches do not go well.
A still air incubator. Idk the model or brand, it belongs to my grandmother, I'm just borrowing it.What incubator are you using?
