And why is the 17 y.o being charged with statutory rape? I thought it was one person had to be older than 18?

some people over this incredibley tragic incident.
When I was growing up, I KNEW BETTER than to bully or make fun of ANYBODY-my parents raised me to understand I was no better and no worse than anyone else. Due to that I NEVER bullied anyone and would not allow myself to be bullied.
This is so senseless.

Because she was under the age of legal consent..she was only 15..
The age for legal consent in MA is 16...

yes, it because he was older and OVER the age of legal consent....and she was under the age of legal consent...
in Ma the age for legal sexual consent is 16.... she was only 15...and he was 17....

This is awful my sister comited suicide last summer do to bullies she was 20. It is really bad kids can be so cruel.
