Saddle feathers on 8-9 wk old?

Please share your opinion, are these saddle feathers on a 8-9 wk old Easter egger? This is the same bird. Because I was given some roosters that started crowing at seven weeks old, I've been suspicious about some of the other ones as well. The one I'm certain because he totally acres rooster minus the sounds and his press comb looks so much like a rooster. But this one has me stumped

Thank you for your quick reply. My husband was sick from campolybacter infection and a friend convinced him it's from my chickens so he wants me to get rid of the chickens. I don't want to but thought I'd everyone would think these are roosters then I would agree to him

Those last two pictures were the same bird! She is very black with the brown around the neck

You had 8-10 EEs or similar colors. I can almost completely guarantee the first and second are of different birds.
