Safe Lighting in tractor?

I agree with the other posts. A shed would be good or a space in a garage or some type of building. Light is only necessary for egg laying. As the days grow shorter and also the daylight, the birds tend to slack off on their laying. A lot of people use light to extend the artificial daylight. to average 14 hrs. Also, if it gets too cold light adds a little warmth. I use a brooder lamp. Here is a picture of one like I have with a clamp. You can also get them w/o clamps. With this one you can put it outside of the tractor. I made a bracket and mine is outside of my brooder but close enough to heat my brooder. I think you could do the same with a tractor. The lamp doesn't have to be inside it.
