any one know of a safe pesticide spay to use around my pen to kill

None from my knowledge. You can get those fly hanging bag traps that should be good.

Permethrin concentrate or sometimes they will have a smaller pre-mixed hand pump option and you can get at just about any farm/ag store. It’s the same stuff you would use in powder for for mites or to spray a coop for mites. It’s also the main ingredient in fly sprays for livestock.

Not a spray, but you could mix diatomaceous earth with sugar and sprinkle that around.
