Safe to convert chicken coop into rabbit hutch?

I am doing a major upgrade of my duck & chicken set up over the next three weeks.
When all is said & done I will have a reasonably sized prefab chicken coop left over (as well as a few hutches of various sizes).

I would like to convert the chicken coop into a rabbit hutch & let my Holland Lop spend her summers (at least) out there. She is in her outside play yard now & looks so content. The chicken coop would give her SO much room & I am confident she would do well with all the room to dig & play.

What is the best way to clean & sanitize the coop/hutch before I move her in? Should I also repaint to make sure that it is sealed again, or should I avoid painting again?
I know the coop stays dry & warm & I have made a lot of modifications to ensure the chickens safety. I am confident that Macy would be safe out there.

If I move her outside to the hutch should I also get her a neutered male to play with?

I have three unaltered female rabbits in my coop I have vinyl lattice underground as a dig-stop and at the moment I have play sand on top. They lounge in the coop with the chickens all the time.

The little cage has been removed and there's a huge roosting system now- the shelves for the doves are all installed and everybunny is happy.
