Safe to eat previously injured cornish

My Cornish are 6 weeks today. Few weeks back had a couple injured from jumping on each other or scratching from gnats. They are pretty well healed now would they be safe to eat still? I also have a few looking like curled toe paralysis and not sure if they are safe.
