Safe to feed?

Someone local posted this, and I didn't know if it was save to feed, if its is I'm going to go get some of it.

decades-old food storage: lentils, wheat, etc. They're in bags, not buckets, and they are contaminated with bugs and grossness.

the bugs may not hurt but the decades old grain won't have much nutrients to make it worth feeding and perhaps some harmful mold.
