safe to receive shipped chicks in mid April in MA?

That's cool! Moyer's Chicks is about 10 minutes from where my mom lives!

I live in PA and just got a shipment of chicks from Ideal in Texas. They arrived perfectly fine, not a single dead one!

I wouldn't sweat it. I received chicks December 15th last year. It was in teens outside. Didn't lose a single one.

i have 25 white leghorns coming next week from Meyer in ohio. should be here next thursday the 10th.
