I wormed my girls last week, it's been raining none stop all of June and poop was looking funny so I added safegaurd to their water as a precautionary. Two days later my 10wk old bantam wasn't eating and was acting lathargic and had some orange poop. I was worried about cocci so I started corid on everyone. I searched and read to not eat the eggs for 14 days which leaves me with a ton on eggs I can't use.

Is it safe to feed them to the dogs or back to the chickens?

I thought I read on here to mix 3cc with a gallon of water. Was my worming ineffective?

I used to do it that way long ago. It doesnt mix well with water and settles to the bottom. It is ineffective. Give 1/2cc orally undiluted to each chicken once a day for 5 days straight. It's best to do it early in the morning prior to feeding them.

So can we use the eggs when treating with safeguard orally undiluted for five days?
