Safeguard cleanup

This kinda off the wall question. I'm rural and have a septic system. I use liquid safeguard among other types of pest control. Generally, I rinse all containers outside with a hose, however, I need to dose animals? It's raining, cold, and will be for awhile. Will safeguard cause a septic issue. Will it kill beneficial organisms in tank? I know it's a crazy question, but I don't wanna have to pump tank because of not knowing.

You have nothing to worry about, no septic tank issues at all.

Thanks for making my life easier. Are there any pest control not septic safe? Pyrethrin, seven or others?

There's a whole bunch of stuff you dont want to dump in a sink or toilet including the chemicals you mentioned. Spraying for bugs around the septic tank area or the drainfield wont hurt the septic system.
