.I do have a 4 yr old and my other two are 18 and 20 so I don't have to worry about them much...I would work 3-11pm and my oldest is out of the house in fact. So the nice thing is I have my son in the morning and grandma gets him for about 3 hours until hubby gets home..hubby feeds him dinner and puts him to bed and I see him right away when he wakes up

So he's getting mostly mom and dad and that is what we wanted. We hate sending him off to a sitter even though it's grandma ya know. Grandma tends to OVER indulge him with sweets! So we try to limit his time alone there LOL

Congratulations on the job.
It will be a juggling act working full-time outside the home with a young child but you have good support from hubbie and grandma.
I raised my two totally alone and worked full-time outside the home. They are grown now and doing well (now I am grandma!!).
