Most salad greens are cool season crops. They don't like temperatures above 50-70.
Everything I have tried bolts after 70-80 degrees. Spinach seems to bolt immediately here no matter how soon I start it. Sure be interested in hearing too if someone has had better success growing it in warmer weather.I’m aware of that I was just curious of some varieties that can grow in summer. I’ve heard of some people doing it.
