Oh no! They aren't for eating, that's mean!!!Just a little out of my spice comfort zone lol My uncle convinced me to eat one when I was a kid as a joke. I was tomato red for an hour and gasping for air while holding my head in the freezer![]()
How do they do in a hot sauce? Do you put one in a batch with other peppers or I guess I’m scared to find the correct amount to use if I were to try growing some lolI like to dry them then add them to chili through the winter, and I use them to make hot sauce to share with people I love.

Maybe I will try growing a plant then to try out! I am both excited and scared to try them again, but I think I have reached that point where the usual hot peppers don’t feel as hot anymore. jalapeno. I know it's basic, but they're just so good with cream cheese and bacon. What is your favorite hot pepper variety? I have been growing Hungarian hot wax, jalapeños and habaneros and cayennes but this year I am expanding my hot pepper garden to try some new varieties.
We did jalapeños this year too and I did up 2 jars of pickled jalapeños with onionjalapeno. I know it's basic, but they're just so good with cream cheese and bacon.
