Those of you using tractors, can they be used on hill sides or does this have an adverse effect on the chickens?

One leg shorter than the other is for cattle grazing on a hillside. No affect whatsoever as long as it is not so unlevel that they can escape around the bottom.

A small slope won't matter but I wouldn't want to try and drag one of our tractors up much of a grade. Getting the feeders and waterers to work and fill properly will be a challenge as well without a fairly level spot to set them.

Well I'm glad to hear that I don't have to worry about one leg growing longer than the other.

I can hang the waters and feeders and gravity will level them out for me.

I originally asked the question because a few of our acres our inclined. I was thinking of running the tractor east to west not south to north. That way I'm not pulling up hill.

We have hanging waterers also but they get filled from 5gal buckets and those have to be level. If you have feed and water containers that work and you don't have to go uphill, I imagine it will work just fine.
