Salmon eggs

My hubby was fortunate to catch a large salmon. Would you feed the chickens the roe( eggs )raw or cooked, if at all?

Pretty sure what I ate was raw. They can eat raw frogs and mice, I'd not trouble myself by cooking fish eggs for them.

But... otherwise, I would just toss it out to the chickens, raw.

Excellent nutrition for whoever eats it.

It will make the yolks darker, and no, they will not taste of fish.

Every morning, huge amount over my morning eggs.

Brine them a little so they can last a couple of weeks in the fridge.
