Salmon faverolle chick with bulging eye? Help!

I received a new order of chicks this morning from ideal ( never had any issues with them before) and one of my salmon faverolle chicks has a bulging eye! There's no discharge or anything, but she doesn't look very comfortable. What do I do? I don't want the poor thing to suffer

It could be a birth defect. Pictures would help. Does it look anything like the chicks below? Some have reported that the chicks have died, after the eye bulge has shrunk with the eye later turning opaque.
