Salmon Faverolle Rooster Infertile??

Hello everyone. I'm a newbie to the forum and would like to ask about my Beautiful (if I do say so myself) Salmon Fav rooster. He is about 18 mths old now, looks amazing and is very friendly with his girls but in the whole time we've had him, we've only been able to produce one chick. We also have no problems with the girls getting cluckly and have had one sitting on a clutch of about 7 eggs which have produced nothing

As we live on a farm of 150 acres, we've been able to make them a lovely HUGE, chookhouse with cream lazerlight roofing out of an old brick and concrete pig sty. Could the fact its a warm light in the chook house have anything to do with fertility of my boy or do I have a dud rooster? If anyone has any ideas I'd be very grateful. Seems like there's a problem. Did you open up the unhatched eggs?
