I wanted to try a rooster but it doesn't seem to be the best fit for our family. It's a shame because he's super gentle. He's never once attacked our anyone. We've held him often from the day we brought him home. Unfortunately, the coops too close to our home and he's quite a singer in the morning. Given his gentle nature, I wouldn't recommend adding to Coop currently with a rooster. I'm happy to answer any questions

I hope he finds a good home! You can also post him on Craigslist for a pet rooster.

About 6 miles away I found somebody looking for the exact rooster I had so he's in a good home.
