Salmon Faverolles cockerel tail feathers?

Cupholder is about 10 months old and got these about a month ago. He has one on each side and they dangle a little bit (reminds me of a racket tailed drongo lol) Will he grow out of them? Are they show quality?

LOVELY rooster I've always wanted a Faverolles. I've never had that problem but they could go when he moults. Or you could pluck them out and see if they grow back
