Salmon Faverolles...or something else?

So, six weeks ago I hatched six chicks out of nine shipped eggs. I'm pretty sure three are roos and two are definitely pullets. But then there's this one with odd coloring and pattern. Whaddya think?

Definitely a cockerel. Males are often messy color-wise when young.

I would think that but this one feathered at the same time and in the same places as my pullets while my roos look like this

But none of my cockrels have any tail feathers yet and all my pullets do.
