Fast feathering isn't sex maturity feathers, it simply is feathering in from baby down.
But you don't need to look at sickles and hackles (which wouldn't be showing at 7 weeks anyway) with Salmon Favorelles as the girls are Wheaten with cream chests and the boys have black chests with different color pattern.
Both are pullets...one simply has a bit darker cream with some flecking.
