Salpingitis? Where to start? Treat or cull?

Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm sorry you lost your GC. It was tough when we lost our beautiful Golden Wyandotte in August. I'm also hoping that we don't lose our other three girls!

So sorry you lost your hen and that your dealing with this.
I've had a hen pass from salpingitis, that was about 1 1/2 months ago.

Thank you both! It's always tough to lose a chicken, especially when you feel there is nothing you can do. All we can do is try our very best.

Sorry you are going through this. I know how hard it is.
Just to give you a little ray of hope my Maggie laid two lash eggs almost exactly 2 years ago. She recovered and eventually started laying again.
She laid another one last week and is now quite elderly so I am not feeling too optimistic about her right now, but at least we got 2 great years after her death sentence.
I share that just to give you some hope that it isn't necessarily the end.
