Hoping both are hens but noticing B’s tail feathers are growing differently.

How old are they? They look to be about 4 months old, correct? They both look like pullets to me. She's just darker and it looks like she might have lost some tail feathers? Or perhaps the lowers are taking their time growing (thus causing the curl).
