Sample license or permit for backyard chickens

I live in Clovis New Mexico and will be going before our local city commision next week to argue for backyard chickens. I am hoping someone might have a sample of a permit/license used in another city because I believe the city may require one and I would like to have one prepared when I walk in. Thank you.
