Hi!
I am so confused! Everything I'm reading says I can raise chickens in our town of Yucca Valley. And the distance needs to be 50 ft from neighbor. I need clarification. Does that mean from neighbors property line or dwelling.
Thanks!

What i have noticed that if you are unincorporated, they don't care unless your neighbors complain.
In SB county ... the coop has to be 70 ft from any dwelling. Not including patio/garage/other structures. Coops, barns, enclosures must be at least 5ft away from property lines.
