Hey well i wanted to know who do i speak to so i can keep my chickens and rooster if you guys got any ideas

You cannot have your rooster and the number of hens you can have depends on your yard size and coop location.

Hens people can sometimes keep on the "down low", but I'm not sure how you're going to keep your rooster from announcing his own presence... every morning.... That just seems like a quick way to bring problems upon yourself.

well as you can see man i live next to philiphinons and mexicans and there used to crowing from there old homes so they dont care if i have them

Well I bet you will care when the city comes out. I would listen and do what your supose to. I wouldnt be getting more roos if I were you......
