Sand in a mobile coop?

Question for all you sand enthusiasts out there. Can you use it in a mobile coop like this one? I am concerned about the added weight and whether or not I can get (and keep)a full 3 inches in there. Thoughts?

Wow! Nice coop. Question...how do you move it now? All that wood makes it look heavy. Sand is very heavy. I would be concerned about the flooring carrying the extra weight. Guess, it would depends on how it is constructed.....Are you just trying to keep it dry? I might try less than 3" of sand mixed with Sweet PDZ Horse Stall Refreshner. Again....really nice coop!

I wouldn't use sand in anything mobile.

One cubic yard weighs about 2700 lbs
