Sand in the Run

Best way to manage/clean run with sand in it?

I use a kitty litter scoop to get the droppings up, and I rake it nice and smooth daily. Works great!

i rake the heavy stuff out, then turn it like a garden. It keeps the sand loose and the girls can dust in it a little easier. I may do this 4 times a year or so.
