sanitizing hovabator

I would like to sanitize my styrofoam hovabator. I was thinking to us 1:10 bleach in a spray bottle and let it sit out in the sun.
What do you recommend?

I then washed it out with antibactirial dish soap and water. I scrubbed lightly with a dish brush and let it sit out for a couple hours. It still smells of bleach so I think I am going to rinse it again and set it back out tomorrow. No sun here.
