Sanitizing incubator question?

This is a lame question, because I probably should just do it, but I have ten million things to do and if I don't have to, I'm not going to! Okay, so question is, I just had a 0% hatch

Not one of my shipped silkies hatched. I'm giving it one more whirl. Do I need to sanitize and clean everything again, or no since nothing hatched?!

Always sanitize after eggs have been in it. I use hot soapy water (dawn dish soap) rince it well and allow thw sun to dry it. (I have lots of fast food experence LOL)
 
Looks like I'll be sanitizing! I also have a Brinsea (Eco 20), I didn't realize you could put it in the dishwasher...cool..
