I need a little advice ... I bought 3 little hens and they turned out to be meat chickens ... So a friend of mine helped me process them all that went just fine ... But when we cooked them the meat was like rubber.. so what did i do wrong ????? HELP

Did you let the meat rest after butchering and before cooking? Resting will allow the rigor in the muscles to relax.

x2 you need to let it rest for 3 days before eating it. Also try slow cooking or some other similar method that help the meat be more tender.

how many days should i leave it before i cook it ???And what is the best way to cook fresh chicken ???

2-3 days is standard. see post #3
You can tell if it is rested enough by moving the joints - if it is stiff as a board, let it rest more, if the joints flex it should be good to go.
