You are RUINING THIS DOG by begging him to eat.
If this were my dog, he would be put in a crate with his food, so would the other one, with the amount appropriate for each to consume. Neither would eat the other's food.
You can really warp a dog's natural eating tendencies by hand feeding, begging or coaxing the dog to eat, etc. Some dogs become very sensitive to these criteria over time and can actually refuse to eat to their detriment if their particular eating scenario is not in effect when food is presented.
