My wife used to work with the guy who, back in the early days of the internet, successfully registered the domain name "peta.org" and put up a web site called "people eating tasty animals" ... and fended off those other people for quite a while before the lawyers prevailed.

I hope they can keep him but honestly, if they can't it's their fault... I know I'm going to get attacked for that, but really, they knew it was a law. If they let them away with it, then have someone who has a roo that gets complaints "Well they have Mr. Clucky!" What applies to one should apply to all. They should have tryed to change the law before getting him.
