How can I block the bush, and tomato plant also?

Get some stakes and put deer or poultry netting around the plants and bush.

You can get deer or bird netting at Lowes or other home improvment store for about $15 or less for 7x100 ft of it. It's made of this nylon/plastic mesh, about 1/2 or 3/4" squares. It wouldn't keep out a bear, but will keep out chickens pretty OK.

It's in the landscape area where they sell the weed block cloth, etc.

A few wooden tomato stakes, a roll of deer netting and some cable ties should do well to keep the chicken raiding to a minimum.
