I stumbled on Frugals thread yesterday, and earlier today I could not find it.. then it came back! With information this good, I didn't want to loose it,.. So I copied and pasted the whole process into MS word for future ref. (Hope you don't mind frugal) Anyhow, thought this might help some out incase it "vanishes" again.
