Saw a little bit of blood in bator HELP

I’m on day 21 and so far I’ve had 5 of my 8 eggs hatch. I saw a little bit of blood on the bator floor so I used a wood skewer and stuck it through the ventilation holes and moved on of the eggs a little and found blood and what looks like pipping. The pip was coming out on the side that was down. When I tried to pull the skewer out the egg just roles back into the same position. I’ve still got 2 to go and they are moving despite not pipping yet. Is there any hope for this little one? I can’t hear chirping over the other little ones running around in the bator and I’ve not saw it move? What do I do?

Looks like that chick hit it's vein while pipping, it most likely won't make it.

Do I open it really fast and take it out and candle it or just leave it?

You could take it out and candle it to see if it might be alive. But if it's dead you'll need to toss it.
