Hi - I saw the first pip yesterday and could still hear the chick chripping this morning. I just called home and my husband said there doesn't look like there has been much progress.

My other egg hatched yesterday. Should I be concerned??

I appreciate your input. I really want this baby to be okay.

Give them up to 72 hours to try it out on their own, but if you opened the bator, the humidity may have escaped making the chick stuck. You may try and "help" it if either 72 hours is up or the peeps get weaker. If you decide to help, you may want to look at the stickies/read me's at the top of the incubation and hatching eggs section.

No baby last night or this morning and I haven't heard chripping since yesterday am. Did it die or is just taking a long nap (wishful thinking on my part)?

I don't understand why it would die - the eggs was moving yesterday and everything!
