Saw one of my Peacocks mating with a chicken...............

My bantam roosters mate with my big fancy pigeon hens. The hens just sit as if they want it. What can come of this?

Absolutely nothing, pigeons are not related to chickens or peacocks.

Peafowl chicken hybrids are sheer cruelty and should not be encouraged or bred. They are sterile and have all sorts of health problems related to their genetics. It is cruel and unnecessary to bring such mutts into the world.
