Hey I live in Waycross Ga in ware county near college and they say I can't have chicken but I could 3 year ago now I can't why they said my code said I can't but people near me can have a a bull with horns the only reason why I want chicken is to teach my son of living and have eggs to eat then I thought of helping people more egg I can get but the code need to change people need to help others how can we change stuff in Waycross
