long time reader of the forum and finally decided to join. a long time raiser of chickens,, my grandmother got me interested wayyy back with her flock of Black Minorcas,, still my all time favorite breed. am now raising different breeds for different purposes,, egg sales and meat sales as well as breeding (and selling) some of my favorite lines toward SOP,,,, Minorcas, some of the cochins, Salmon Faverolles, Dominiques as well as some of my more favorite common lines like Barred Rocks. I absoluetly love rare breeds and wish to add to my flock some day the super rares like Dutch Owlbeards and Ayam Cemanis,,, i also enjoy ducks and turkeys and keep those as well
