Scabs or pox on Chicken Comb

I have two Buff Minorcas that are 9 months old, and one of them has like scabs on her comb. She's been bloody for awhile, and the other chicken started pecking at her whenever she would come out to drink or eat. She ain't really pecking at her comb, that I've seen, but only around the neck and pulling some feathers. I'm wondering if the scabs are pox or just from pecking.
