Scabs?

So all my pullets are laying now but I have noticed that some off them have scabs on thier combs and on some of thier waddles? I can't thing of anything they are hurting themselves on and i have never seen any of them bleeding...any ideas and what can be causeing this. Maybe something isn't right??

Maybe they are just getting pecked on a bit, how big are the scabs? It's probably nothing to worry about.

Do you have a Roo?? Maybe he is a little rough in breeding, and grabbing thier combs? Can you post a few pics?
