We live on the west coast in FL. It only just got cold last night, about 49 degrees. I'll look up the ivermectin! Thier run is just an enclosed area with a dirt bottom that we spread pine shavings on every couple weeks.I would try to get some better pictures tomorrow since it is hard to see. Something is making me suspect frostbite. Is it very cold there now? If it is just scaly leg mites, then, you are treating it correctly. I would put her back in the coop. They get the mites from the coop and dirt. Only some chickens may get them. I have seen them in old birds, or ones that don’t dust bathe or wear their nails down normally. Ivermectin pour-on works to treat them as well, and dosage is 0.1 ml per every 2 pounds of weight given on the back of the neck over the spine once, and again in 10-14 days. I would toss out her eggs for about 10 days after the last treatment.
I will get better pics tomorrow!!I would get some better photos. Glad that frostbite is not an issue.
