Scaley faces

Been searching, but must hurry. I have three sexlink chicks approx. 4 mos. old. Appear that all skin on their faces is scaly. No lesions, no large pox. Instead of their usual black faces, they look white.

Heading back to the pen in a few minutes to finish feeding. Thanks for all your help.

[Sonoran Silkies]

Could be the same mites that cause scaley legs. This occurs on parakeets. Could also be fauvus, a fungal infection.
