Scaly leg mite treatment...improvement?

Hi all, I posted on here about my buff Orpington and her scaly leg mites. I got great advice on treatment which included ivermectin every 10-14 days, Vaseline rub on legs regularly, and amoxicillin daily 250 mg which I started six days ago. I've also been giving her a warm foot and leg bath every other day during which I brush her legs and remove dirt and grime. While her legs are noticeably less enlarged and blackened than they were before treatment, the legs and toes are still very red and irritated looking. Is this a normal part of the healing process? Should I change the treatment plan at all or add anything in? Below are some pics of her legs and feet today.

The redness you are seeing may well be normal in white legged birds. It can be a sign of fertility.
