Scaly Leg Mites? 1st Timer

I don’t know if I’m looking too much into this, but is this perhaps early stages of scaly leg mites? They are only on 2 of my 4YO Plymouth Rocks. Is something else maybe wrong with their feet/legs or am I just overthinking?

Also not sure if this is dry comb due to the cold weather here or maybe Favus?
