Scaly leg mites?

Is this scaly leg mites on my rooster? I haven’t noticed that much scaliness on any other chickens in the flock but the rooster has always had very scaly looking legs.

The scales do look inflamed and the lifted scales show early signs of SLM.

Good job for catching it in the early stages, treatment should be 2-3 weeks and it should clear up soon after that and healthy scales should grow in.
