Scaly Leg or age related?

This is the foot on my 12 year old RIR,
I've asked my vet and she doesn't know weather or not it is scaly leg or something age related. It doesn't bother her one little bit, but I cut her leg tags off just incase they were irritating her.

I've been using Scaly leg cream (prescribed by my vet) every three days for a few months now to try and clear it up but it doesn't seem to be going away!

It isn't worsening or improving so...

What do you guys think??

I should of mentioned that non of my other hens have this problem! It's just her.

Could you try aquaphor? It helps soften my skin when I get winter time crocodile knuckles that crack and bleed.

Nope, no name change. Unless you count the admins fixing the typo I missed when I first joined... it was something like "SsvageDestiny" for a day or so.
